It is recommended as an additional source of conjugated linoleic acid and Vitamin Е.

Conjugated linoleic acid (CLA) is a polyunsaturated fatty acid that is not synthesized by a human organism; however, it is essential for our health. The product is useful in case of overweight as it helps to normalize metabolic and digestive processes.

Safflower oil is a source of both CLA and Vitamin E which is a recognized vitamin of youth and beauty improving our skin and hair health. High content of Vitamin E enables an expressed antioxidant effect and removing free radicals from the body. It is free radicals that damage healthy cells, accelerate ageing and stimulate cardiac and cancer diseases. Conjugated linoleic acid and Vitamin E actively interact in safflower oil, thus enhancing and adding to each other’s effect.
